Gary M Leigh

Gary Leigh joined property consultants Grant & Partners in 1980, becoming an associate partner in 1984 and working closely with many major developers and institutions.

In 1989, he established a joint venture with London & Metropolitan Plc and from 1991, formed specialist real estate investment vehicles First and Second Argyll with Mark Silver, which were subsequently successfully disposed of.   Third and Fourth Argyll were then established and continue to invest.

Gary Leigh was appointed Joint Chief Executive of the publicly quoted investment company Olives Property Plc in 1993. It was acquired in 1998, following which the Fifth Argyll investment and asset management company was established, along with a number of 'Adam & Eve' investment companies.

He is responsible for the acquisitions and disposals of the portfolios of Argyll Ventures and has close involvement in the on-going asset management of individual projects
